Returns / Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your REDCHERRYBLVD purchase. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

1. How to request a return or exchange

Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@redcherryblvd.com or using our contact form.

Include your order number, if available, and the items you wish to return or exchange. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.

You do not need to provide a reason when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, and our approval is not required. Waiting for our reply does not extend the applicable return deadlines.

Please send the items back within 14 days after notifying us of your return.

2. Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. We do not provide free return labels for these returns.

Please package your items securely. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been resolved.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution and cover any necessary return shipping.

3. Condition of returned items

For our voluntary return offer beyond the statutory withdrawal period, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you may inspect the items as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising this right.

You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection, provided we have properly informed you of your withdrawal rights.

4. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days.

This period begins on the day you, or someone you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days afterwards. This deadline is met if you send the goods before those 14 days expire.

5. Refunds

For a statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge you paid. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable beyond the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

For returns made solely under our voluntary extended return offer, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund-processing fee. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Refunds reflect the amount paid for the returned items, taking applicable discounts into account.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please tell us which replacement item you would like when contacting us.

We will confirm availability, any price difference, and any delivery charge for the replacement before proceeding. We will notify you by email when your exchange is dispatched.

7. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please email info@redcherryblvd.com if your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or differs from what you ordered. Include your order details and, where helpful, photographs so we can assess the issue.

Your statutory rights concerning faulty or nonconforming goods remain unaffected by our 30-day return period. Where applicable, these include repair or replacement at no cost and, under the relevant legal conditions, a price reduction or refund.

Any commercial warranty we offer is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

8. Original shipping charges.

If your order did not qualify for free shipping, the original shipping charge is not refundable when you return only part of your order, unless required by applicable law. If you exercise your statutory right to withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the original standard delivery charge as required by law.

9. Free shipping and partial returns.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, but a partial return reduces the value of the items you keep below the €50 applicable free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping charge for your destination, as disclosed when you placed your order, will be deducted from your refund where this charge has been validly agreed and is permitted by applicable law.

Rest of the world - €7.90

This deduction does not apply to returns of faulty or incorrect items or to a statutory withdrawal from the entire order. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
